Sisters Grace and Shirley man the stall, staying true to how their parents have done the dish over the years. Chey Sua Carrot Cake has recently been included in both the Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand Singapore 2017 and 2016.

$3 carrot cake

Chey Sua Carrot Cake is made fresh, and hot once it reaches the table. We paid $3 for a medium sized carrot cake. The dish came with a bundle of freshly chopped chives sprinkled on top and spicy sambal offered on the side if desired. It was a pretty big portion for a medium size, and reasonable for its price of $3. If you don't mind waiting for around 30 minutes for it to cook, it could of been less oily and more flavourful in my opinion...but overall pleasant dish!
