Upon arriving, I observed a dozen eggs being cracked open in a sizzling flat iron skillet. The eggs are then scrambled inside and tossed with a couple plump & juicy oyster morsels - each portion is made for one customer at a time, however the waiting time is short & efficient! A pretty large $5 plate of the hot omelette is accompanied by a sweet chilli sauce and a sprinkle of freshly cut cilantro. It makes a tasty side dish.
