Considerably popular shop offering fresh, homemade noodles, which are only made in small batches at a time. Run by a friendly owner, the queue can be up to 30 minutes long.

After waiting about 15 minutes for our dish to be made..by the looks of it - it was aesthetically pleasing. We ordered the Prawn Mee with ban Mian noodles at $4 (which was a large portion), and was topped with sliced mushrooms, a couple prawns, fried shallots, and boiled veggies in a steaming hot broth swimming with minced pork meatballs (which was slightly undercooked), and crunchy ikan bilis. You would think the noodles and the broth would be bland due to its simple looks but be prepared to be surprised as it was actually well flavoured! The broth was sweet and the long noodles had a good chewy bite. Although the prawn was a bit difficult to peel in the soup, it was my favourite dish of the day!
