Chen Towkay (Mr. Chen the owner) has worked as a Western food chef since young. In order to fulfil his dream of starting a business with his wife, Ms. Mavis, he opened this stall 8 years ago with his hard-earned savings. Ms. Mavis also used to worked in apparel and as a waitress, but she happily joined the business to work alongside her husband. They went through a lot when they first opened, but now they are visited by so many customers day and night, gathering a following from their most loyal fans. The sauces over their pastas and meat dishes are their original recipes. Their coleslaw that they also prepare from scratch is their No.1 most popular dish. They are very particular about the best cooking method to make tender, juicy steak and fish. They will also prepare your da bao (takeaway) differently to taste good even after you reach home. If you're not a fan of long queues, do aim for non-peak hours!

I used to live in this area, so this western food place is nostalgic to both me and my father. I always lost on which dish to choose, but I had to go with the Ribeye Beef Steak that I used to order all the time. You can choose 2 side dishes, so I went with the Coleslaw and French Fries. I went with Medium Rare. The meat was so tender and juicy, and the sauce magically went so well with it <3 There are onions underneath the steak, mix it with the sauce and the steak, it is just so good! The French Fries were just chef's kiss, with the perfect amount of salt! The Coleslaw was chilled and the right amount of vinegar, so good. Come here once, and you'll find yourself back here every, single time <3
