A basic dish of their prawn mee bowl is $5.90, it comes with partly de-shelled large prawns, the classic chewy yellow noodles, and a very thick dark broth. The sweetness of the prawns complimented the bite of the noodles very well - each strand of noodle was thinly coated in the aromatic rich broth, making an intense flavour profile. Topped with crunchy shallots, it is definitely a comfort dish. If you prefer your dish with less intensity - opt for the dry version of the dish.
