The Braised Superior Shark's Fin in Claypot is truly worth-it. You can even see a whole piece of shark's fin in it, how exquisite! A filling portio. for one pax.
You also have to try the Fried Shark's Fin w Scrambled Egg... Scoop it up with the lettuce and enjoy your bite-sized delight!
For our health-conscious friends, order the Stir-fried Dragon Green with Garlic! A taste loved by many locals (we love garlic), crunchy!
