Signature
One of my favourite places to go to for authentic Indonesian food - the ayam penyet here is deliciously addictive. The original dish comes with a portion of golden crusted and soft smashed fried chicken, super spicy sambal and tofu nuggets. The chicken is the main star of the show; fall-off-the-bone soft and marinated throughout with a fatty juicy taste - it pairs well with a kick of the spicy sambal and fluffy white rice. The tofu on the side helps balance the fattiness of the dish and brings more of a light taste. Definitely recommended.
