This Michelin award winning stall seems to have a confident recipe that has kept the taste of his father who founded the stall in 1932. Bak Chor Mee has minced pork, liver, pork slices, dense meatballs, and wanton dumplings. Served with soup or dry, large, medium or small sizes, the egg noodles can be served thin or thick.
Each bowl is made per order! (noodles freshly boiled), the sweet soup wantons in chilli oil, dense meatballs, pork liver, tender chicken slices, and nuggets of minced chicken combines satisfyingly into one bite. I appreciate the effort they put into making a dish aesthetically pleasing through the assortment of ingredients. This dish is particularly sour so it may require an acquired taste to enjoy it fully.
