The original cookie with matcha "lava" inside topped with dark chocolate ice cream was a fun sweet treat. The ice cream is served on the side first, and then is placed on top of the warm soft cookie - which helps break it open, revealing the oozing matcha goodness inside. All 3 flavours paired well together and was not overpowering one another. The chocolate ice cream was on the creamier side - and was more appetising when paired with a bite of the warm cookie.
