The Xiao Long Bao dough was soft and very sticky, and was of a smaller size compared to standard portions, breaking open the dumpling was a thick and smoky soup, which is a different and unique flavour compared to other popular dim sum places, and does require a bit of an acquired taste to like. An interesting dish here was the Chinese Pizza, which contained minced pork, crab, and prawn. I must say I was impressed on how the juices of the stock inside retained, which made the dish more flavourful. However, it was difficult to taste the seafood inside. A nice place to have lunch at.
